Easy EXIF Editor ("the App") lets you view and edit photo metadata such as EXIF/IPTC/XMP on iOS. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Information the App Accesses

Photos / Media

If you choose to select photos or videos, the App may request permission to access your photo library. The App uses this access only to:

  • Open the media you select
  • Read existing metadata (e.g., timestamps, GPS tags, camera model)
  • Write updated metadata when you choose to save changes

The App does not upload your media or metadata to developer-operated servers.

On-Device Storage

The App may store limited information locally on your device for usability, such as:

  • App preferences (e.g., default fields or display options)
  • Recent selections (optional, stored on-device only)

Data We Do Not Collect

To be explicit, the developer does not:

Edits are performed on-device. If you export or share an edited photo, that action is handled by iOS and the destination you choose.

Your Choices

  • Photo access: You can grant or revoke photo permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
  • Uninstall: Removing the App deletes locally stored preferences.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
